This is another message to AT&T. I checked the voice mail for the number 916-989-2283 still running at 9538 Tonkin Dr. in Orangevale California 95662. Your message was brief and the caller who said her name was “Robert” or maybe “Roberta”.. said she received my email regarding the issues I have been having. She said “Sorry to hear that” and something like for me to try to call 1-800-288-2020 if there is something I would like her to do. ARE YOU SERIOUSLY KIDDING ME??? I finally am able to relay to you that because of ALL OF THE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY AT&T HAS ALLOWED ON MY ACCOUNT that there have been several ATTEMPTED MURDERS on my life, my SBCGLOBAL.NET email account is HACKED DAILY and MY ENTIRE PHONE AND INTERNET COMMUNICATION is MANIPULATED and BLOCKED … and that is how AT&T handles it?? LEAVING IN A MESSAGE for me to call if there is anything they can do?? PLEASE TELL ME THAT WAS A JOKE AND NOT REALLY AT&T. You mean to tell me that I almost lost my life because of AT&T and that’s it?? GOOD LUCK??

For one thing AT&T if that was really you.. DON’T YOU THINK MAYBE I HAVE TRIED CALLING YOU on that number before??? So if I wasn’t able to reach you in ALL OF THAT TIME – especially when I was FIGHTING FOR MY LIFE before I began blasting it all over the internet.. How do you suppose I am suppose to be able to reach you now all of a sudden when they are still HACKING MY PHONES AND INTERNET? Secondly, you would think if there have been MULTIPLE attempts on someones life due to the cover up of FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY and STOLEN IDENTITY on my AT&T account you would think that MAYBE.. JUST MAYBE.. AT&T would be just a tad more CONCERNED and maybe provide me with someone’s DIRECT PHONE NUMBER like in their SECURITY OR FRAUD DEPT.

But no.. I get a phone call basically telling me SORRY.. but YOU’RE ON YOUR OWN with that unless you figure out a way to CONTACT US EVEN THOUGH YOUR PHONE and INTERNET and EMAIL activity are still ALL BEING HACKED by YAHOO INC ENGINEERS.

If you really want to help.. why don’t you for one start with SECURING MY EMAIL ACCOUNT so that maybe I can contact an ATTORNEY to help get this unbelievable ongoing case of INVASION OF PRIVACY and CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATION to be resolved.

That is the VERY LEAST I WOULD EXPECT YOU TO DO AT&T for putting my life in danger with whatever you began last OCTOBER.

Also, I loved how I once again got ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE on the phone with you guys today. Total LACKADAISICAL attitude about something so horrific. Your rep from the supposed PHONE DEPT fraud dept WOULD NOT GIVE ME A TICKET NUMBER because there is a DIAL TONE.. so once again GOOD LUCK. I asked for her employee ID and she said she is not allowed to give it out. So no ticket # on something so serious, no employee number. Sounds like AT&T would like to wash their hands of me. NICE. Leave my life in danger because of whatever you started in OCTOBER and you aren’t going to step up and prosecute? You have ALL THE PROOF you need with ALL OF THE CHANGES THAT HAVE BEEN made to MY account since MARCH 2008.. and you are going to leave it all in MY LAP? When I emailed you I made it clear that ANY CHANGES since MARCH 2008 were NOT MADE by me and WERE FRAUDULENT. I know there were many and even have phone calls ON RECORDING from AT&T saying thank you for choosing AT&T and that my order is being processed – Such as the one AROUND APRIL 12TH of this year. Whatever was changed WAS NOT AUTHORIZED. SO GREAT…. I finally get in touch with AT&T and that’s it? You should know that even as I was making the call to you guys on my HACKED METRO PCS phone 916-226-0651 today.. JIM HARRIS JR. sent one of his THUGS to try to bully me. I was parked way away from everyone in the parking lot of STARBUCKS on Madison Ave. in ORANGEVALE today and this guy parks right across from me. Gets out of his car and smokes a cigarette. Then I guess because I wasn’t acting scared enough he decides to walk about 600 feet away from his car to supposedly put the cigarette butt out in the STARBUCKS trash so as to have an excuse to walk by me. So much for the little thing that comes standard in cars that you just pull out and push back in. Haven’t had that sort of thing happen ABOUT A KAZILLION times since MARCH 2008. Only thing is .. I can tell when someone is actually trying to KILL ME and trying to SCARE ME. They sent a guy a couple of days ago who followed me around for a few minutes too. I believe it was the day after I was able to submit online to you guys. I was kind of hoping that AT&T would step up and take some sort of responsibility and actually help me out of this mess BEFORE they ARE REALLY TRYING to kill me again.

Anyway, one of the reps said that you guys (AT&T) have NO RECORD OF speaking to me in OCTOBER and NO TICKET NUMBER? Are you seriously kidding me? I almost get WIPED OFF THE PLANET because of that PHONE CALL with you and now AT&T can’t recall? HOW CONVENIENT. This just keeps getting better and better.

How about this for a bright idea AT&T.. instead of leaving it up to me to do MORE DETECTIVE WORK THAN I already have.. HOW ABOUT YOU TREAT THIS LIKE ANY OTHER NETWORK HACKING CASE and take care of it for me? I can’t believe that my life was almost taken and that is it huh? “TRY” calling… our usual 800 number if the ENGINEERS let you?

AT&T PLEASE TELL ME THAT IT WAS NOT YOU GUYS WHO CALLED AND LEFT THAT MESSAGE AND THAT WAS NOT YOU WHO I SPOKE TO TODAY. Please tell me that you handle serious matters with a more compassionate approach than that.
