This is another MESSAGE TO AT&T.
CLEARLY.. I am not in control of my own AT&T PHONE ACCOUNT for 916-989-2283. I tried changing the billing info for MY OWN ACCOUNT which we have owned since 2001 and this is the message I got:
Change billing information and method of payment
Error
Only Dial and ISDN (excludes Dedicated ISDN) Members will be allowed to changed method of payment from BTN to Credit Card.
It says the current billing method is BTN: 916-989-2283
I tried several times. After the first time I kept getting SERVER ERROR and INTERNAL ERROR messages etc. COURTESY OF MY CAPTORS I AM SURE. Also, AGAIN – while signing into my casperkor@sbcglobal.net email account there were things showing at the bottom left of my page that files were being loaded from AKAMAI (technologies). Is that NORMAL for an AT&T / sbcglobal.net account?

I was so happy to be able to finally access this page because I have not been able to for months and do not know who has been paying the phone bill. What is this ISDN business anyway and WHY am I – THE ACCOUNT OWNER – BEING RESTRICTED from updating the billing address and info on MY OWN PHONE AND DSL ACCOUNT? When I called you guys – the phone call I mentioned in my previous post.. the automated guy said there is a PAST DUE AMOUNT. Well if I can’t access a place online to PAY THE BILL and I am being restricted from putting my own Visa info and I am not receiving paper bills THEN HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO PAY MY BILL? I believe MY CAPTORS are blocking me so that the account WILL BE CLOSED BY AT&T. I want to transfer the number when I find a new place .. so I DON’T WANT TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT that I have had for YEARS.
Please get a handle on whatever is going on and PLEASE secure MY EMAIL AND ONLINE BILLING pages so I can actually make changes that a NORMAL AT&T account holder is able to on THEIR OWN AT&T account.
What is this BTN anyway? I haven’t been able to see a REAL BILL from you guys in MONTHS. ISN’T THAT A BIT ODD? Yet someone has been paying the bill up until now apparently. Please don’t leave me hanging out on my own. Please investigate the activity on my account and please treat this as you would under different circumstances of your NETWORK BEING BROKEN AND HACKED INTO by LEVEL 3 RANKING ENGINEERS.
Thank you for your help. As stated before .. someone high up in the SACRAMENTO FBI IS CORRUPT and is COVERING FOR JAMES E. HARRIS JR. even though they are FULLY AWARE of the FEDERAL OFFENSES he has committed for OVER A YEAR AND 2 MONTHS as well as the MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS ON MY LIFE.. etc. THEY COMPLETELY STRIPPED ME OF MY CIVIL RIGHTS and TOTALLY DENIED my right to a proper investigation which would lead to the daily FEDERAL OFFENSES of PRIVACY INVASION etc to stop being committed. I can’t get out of this mess without you AT&T. You KNOW there has been fraudulent ACTIVITY ON MY ACCOUNT because YOU KNOW any changes MADE SINCE MARCH 2008 (and your RECORDS SHOW THERE WERE MANY) were NOT AUTHORIZED or MADE by ME.
